“Living while Black in Japan” is a short documentary made by filmmaking couple Keith Bedford and Shiho Fukada about what it’s like for Black Americans living in Japan. 

About the film: The documentary, uploaded to NPR’s YouTube channel, features three women and three men from the Black American community in Japan who shared their views on sensitive topics such as police and racism in the U.S.

British Teacher Arrested in India After Investigation Reveals He Molested Blind Children

A British teacher was arrested for molesting three teenage students at a school for the blind in India. Murray Dennis Ward was placed under police custody after an employee at the school reported him to authorities with video evidence of the molestation.

According to The Independent, the 54-year-old British national worked as a volunteer English teacher at a school run by the non-profit organization National Association for the Blind. However, Ward appeared to have ulterior motives for his tenure at the institution; it would seem that he would take young boys to his private lodging and molest them after hours.

Taiwan Ranks #1 in the World As the Best Destination For Expats In 2016

Taiwan has been named the best expat destination in this year’s InterNations Expat Insider Survey. The newcomer took the record off two-time champion Ecuador.

The survey had 14,000 respondents representing 174 nationalities and 191 countries or territories. These expats were inquired about ease of settling in, family life, personal finance, quality of life and working abroad, among others.
