Chefs Ming Tsai, Ann Kim and Nadiya Hussain are a few of the culinary stars set to headline Netflix’s upcoming pop-up restaurant in Los Angeles.
About the event: Named Netflix Bites, diners will have the opportunity to taste epicurean creations showcased on Netflix shows such as “Chef’s Table,” “Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend” and “Is It Cake?”
The lineup: Tsai (“Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend”), Kim (“Chef’s Table: Pizza”) and Hussain (“Nadiya Bakes”) will be joined by Michelin star chefs Curtis Stone and Dominique Crenn, BBQ pitmaster and James Beard Award-winner Rodney Scott, pastry chef and master chocolatier Jacques Torres and globetrotter Andrew Zimmern from “Bizarre Foods.”
Expert mixologists Frankie Solarik, Julie Reiner, LP O’Brien and Kate Gerwin, known for their appearances on Netflix’s “Drink Masters,” will craft beverages to pair with the chefs’ dishes.
Limited-time location: Netflix Bites will open at Short Stories Hotel on June 30 for a limited-time engagement. The pop-up restaurant will operate from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week until July 12. Saturdays and Sundays will include a brunch menu available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations can be made on the Netflix Bites site.
