A video is surprising viewers with dozens of cats snuggling together behind curtains at an animal rescue center.
About the video: Qiuqiu Manor, an animal shelter for cats in China, uploaded the short clip to its official TikTok channel on Nov. 16. The viral clip, which features cats relaxing together on a bed, has already amassed over 1.5 million views.
“See who’s inside?” the animal rescue center wrote in its post description.
How people reacted: One TikTok user was amazed by the multitude of glaring cat eyes revealed when the person filming draws the curtain.
“Aw, Christmas lights,” the person said, referencing the glowing eyes of the felines.
Several other TikTok users jokingly compared the video to how their “Minecraft” house looked like, while others noted that it looked like either a “paradise” or “heaven” for them.
“How am I supposed to pet them all?,” another TikTok user commented.
About the animal shelter: Located in Tangshan Street in Nanjing City, Qiuqiu Manor owns 80 acres of land with eight catteries on site. The animal shelter has reportedly rescued over 2,000 cats since its inception in 2019. The facility has 10 doctors and assistants on duty who take care of the rescued cats every day.
