Dahan Phuong Oanh is one of the year’s most in-demand models, as evidenced by her New York Fashion Week (NYFW) debut.

The 23-year-old, Dien Bien Phu-born model participated in eight shows for the annual fashion event, seven of which were runways: Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Collina Strada, Prabal Gurung, Eckhaus Latta, Adeam and Puppets.

She also took part in Helmut Lang’s digital show.

With chiseled cheekbones and a confident presence, Oanh made her mark on the runway with her platinum hair.

A testament to her rising career in the fashion industry, Oanh is already scheduled to participate in London, Paris and Milan’s fashion weeks.

Oanh — whose birth name is Nguyen Thì Phuong Oanh — first rose to fame on “Vietnam’s Next Top Model Allstars” in 2017, where she placed in the top 13.

After signing with PRM Models in London, Oanh became the first Vietnamese model to walk the runway for Dolce & Gabbana in 2021.

Continuing her rise, the model signed with New York Model Management. She is currently represented by agencies in six markets: the U.S., U.K., Italy, France, Vietnam and Germany.

We hope you consider making a contribution so we can continue to provide you with quality content that informs, educates and inspires the Asian community. Even a $1 contribution goes a long way.  Thank you for everyone's support. We love you all and can't appreciate you guys enough.
