These UberX Passengers Were Expecting a Lame Car But Were Shocked at What Arrived Instead

Uber drivers are not necessarily known for their exotic whips, but a car publication in Malaysia registered a 2013 McLaren MP4-12C as a Perodua Myvi, a small Malaysian-made hatchback, and picked up Uber riders.
AutoBuzz, digital automotive publication, registered the McLaren under the UberX option, which is the cheapest ride fare and dazzled unsuspecting riders who thought they were going to be getting a basic ride.
Autobuzz purported that the riders were not paid actors, but some are speculating on the legitimacy of the video as they picked up the Malaysian singer and songwriter Chelsia Ng.
Although some believe the video was staged, the idea and execution of the production proved to be entertaining.
