Sathaporn completed her studies at 84 and graduated with her official certificate at 88, according to Facebook user Thanaphat Nawakaew, another student at the university.
She reportedly attended weekend classes, and while she felt ill sometimes, she never missed a single lecture.
Nonetheless, Sathaporn was “full of joy and spunk.”
“You’re never too old to study, even though your age is over the workforce age standards; knowledge and experiences are unlimited,” she said, according to The Smart Local Thailand.
