Wang Ruxin, 74, was shot and killed last week outside his home in Nashville, Tennessee. The former Chinese education ministry official was bringing in the garbage can when he was shot by juveniles on November 9, according to WKRN.
Wang Ruxin’s wife of 48 years was the one to discover his lifeless body. “I saw him lying there,” Zhai Wang said, using her son, Yun Wang, as a translator. “He wasn’t breathing.”
