South Korea’s Latest Beauty Trend Has Women Taping Their Faces
By Carl Samson
A new beauty trend is making waves in South Korea.
It’s called the “Face Maker Lifting Tape” — a new product from Dodo Label that, basically, lifts your face.
For a box of 20 sheets, 5,700 won ($5) is a quick deal, which explains the legions of women who are not missing the chance for a cheap facelift.
But of course, men too!
It’s no secret that South Korea is the oasis of plastic surgery, so non-invasive beauty hacks such as Face Maker Lifting Tape are refreshing.
Application is easy — just take a sheet and stick it around your jawline!
Once applied, the sheets can then be covered with makeup to mask their helpful presence, and you’ll hardly know that it’s on your face.
