Kim Kardashian may be a stylish trendsetter, but apparently she can’t spell one of her favorite designer’s name.

This weekend, after finding that she was on her last bottle of her favorite shade of Giorgio Armani foundation, and that it was discontinued, Kardashian tweeted her lament:
“Why did Georgio Armani discontinue my favorite foundation??? I’m on my last bottle and everyone I know uses this!!! Please make it again!”

The high-end label was not tagged in the tweet, and Kardashian didn’t send the message directly to them. Yet the folks from Armani apparently found it, and, of course, responded to her request, saying it would be no problem to send her the shade. The tweet then went on to correct Kardashian for misspelling Giorgio Armani’s first name:

“Dear Kim – let us know which one you need and we’ll send it to you. And Mr. Armani’s first name is Giorgio.”

Ouch!
Especially when Kardashian’s 32.6 million followers could see her tweet and the reply, which ended up trending and was treated as newsworthy by several online media outlets (guilty as charged). Just because of an incorrect spelling!
That’s how famous Kim Kardashian is.
