Havana Rose Liu has been added to the cast of Blumhouse Sony’s upcoming horror film “They Listen.”
Liu is best known for her work on the Hulu thriller “No Exit.” Her other notable credits include a recurring role on Netflix’s “The Chair,” opposite Sandra Oh, and A24’s “The Sky is Everywhere.” She is also slated to star in the MGM feature “Bottoms,” alongside Rachel Sennott and Ayo Edebiri. The film is set to make its world premiere at SXSW.

“They Listen” is directed and written by Chris Weitz, whose resume includes films such as “About a Boy” and “The Golden Compass.” The film’s ensemble cast is composed of John Cho, Katherine Waterstone, Greg Hill, Riki Lindhome, Keith Carradine, Ben Youcef and Lukita Maxwell, who plays Cho and Waterstone’s daughter. 
The film is set to hit theaters on Aug. 25.
