Chris Tucker has teased his return with Hong Kong actor Jackie Chan in “Rush Hour 4.”
In an interview with Audacy’s V-103, the American comedian said he is “definitely” down to work with Chan again in the upcoming action-comedy film, which has been rumored to be in development for many years.

You’re going to see a lot of good stuff coming, but it’s going to be on a whole other level. I’m excited about that. It’s not going to be what you’ve normally seen… “Rush Hour 4,” that’s something I definitely will probably drop in there because I love working with Jackie, but I’ve got some new stuff that I think you’re really gonna like. I’m excited about it.

Chan previously revealed the development of “Rush Hour 4” during an in-person event at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia in December 2022.
The first installment of the action-comedy franchise was released in 1998, while the second and third installments were released in 2001 and 2007, respectively.
In 2018, rumors about the fourth installment started circulating online after Tucker seemingly confirmed the project.
“Rush Hour 4” may have been delayed due to the removal of director Brett Ratner, who was accused of sexual harassment by several actors in recent years, including Olivia Munn, Natasha Henstridge and Elliot Page. Warner Bros. has cut ties with Ratner, who previously directed all three “Rush Hour” movies, due to the accusations.
Although Chan confirmed that the upcoming film already has a director, he did not reveal their identity.
Fans of the legendary action star can also look forward to his return to Hong Kong cinema in “New Police Story 2,” a sequel to the 2004 Hong Kong action film “New Police Story.”

If this happened on campus, Stanford should issue a clear public update and specific safety actions.

Agree. People need facts and process, not silence. The school should confirm what is being investigated.

Also important to separate verified details from rumors so this does not spiral online.

The death threat part is extremely serious. Hoping law enforcement and campus security are already involved.

This is where official reporting and support channels need to be visible and easy to access.
