Cardi B claims Taiwanese tofu pudding holds the secret to Asian longevity

Cardi B believes she may have found the secret to Asian longevity in the form of low-sugar desserts, such as tofu pudding.

Cardi B believes she may have found the secret to Asian longevity in the form of low-sugar desserts, such as tofu pudding.
The 29-year-old rapper and songwriter, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus, shared an Instagram story on March 23 praising her order of Taiwanese desserts from Meet Fresh, including one of the tofu pudding items.

“Meet Fresh from UCLA got really good milk tea, bubble tea, and I love the skinny packaging,” she said while showing off her bubble tea.

She went on to urge her fans to try not only the bubble tea but also the tofu pudding, which she suggested could be the secret to Asian longevity.
“That’s why these Asian motherf*ckers, they live long,” the Grammy Award-winning artist professed. “Why would they be reaching like 140 years old? Because… they don’t really use a lot of sugar!” 
She goes on to highlight the various ingredients, including red bean, and even recommends it for children.
Meet Fresh took notice of Cardi B’s glowing endorsement and reposted screenshots of the celebrity’s story on Instagram and Weibo, urging customers to “follow Cardi B’s lead.”
