BTS will be releasing a new song as part of the soundtrack for the upcoming South Korean 3D animated series, “Bastions.”
The K-pop group’s track, whose title has yet to be revealed, will serve as the series’ opening theme.
A preview of the song was shared by South Korean TV network SBS on Friday.
This song marks BTS’ first music release as a full group since their June 2022 anthology album, “Proof,” and the announcement of their various solo endeavors.
Other artists featuring on the soundtrack include LE SSERAFIM, AleXa, Brave Girls, Heize, Seo J, Kang Min-seo and P. Cassady. This will notably be Brave Girls’ first new song since their departure from long-time agency Brave Entertainment in February.
“Bastions” centers around a rookie superhero team who set out to save the planet from environmental destruction. It will air on SBS on May 14.
