The photographer traveling the world to find the most beautiful women in each country is now making her way through Asia.

Mihaela Noroc, 29, embarked on her project titled “Atlas of Beauty”  to show that beauty can be found anywhere in the world. Her original campaign consisted of traveling the world for 15 months and visiting 37 countries that included Ecuador, Peru, Australia and Iran.

The next leg of her journey, which started in early 2015, consisted of far-off places such as Mongolia, China, North Korea and India, among many others.

Her trip was crowdfunded through Indiegogo where she received over $42,000 in contributions — far surpassing her original goal of $27,000.

The Romania-based photographer wrote on her campaign page:

“Your support is really important because it will help me reach more places of the earth and show more diversity of our amazing planet.”

“My goal is to show that beauty is everywhere and is not about race, money or trends, but more about being yourself natural and authentic.”
