The internet was blown away after songwriter and entertainer Yoo Jae Hwan unveiled a massive weight loss transformation on August 26.
Best known for his work as the songwriter for comedian Park Myeong-soo, Yoo joined a program in April under the weight loss consulting company Juvis, according to Korea Times. Yoo lost 32 kilograms (70.5 pounds) in just four months.
“Everyone can do this,” Yoo, who now weighs 72 kilograms (158 pounds), said in his Instagram post. “When I was overweight, I secluded myself from meeting people because I wasn’t confident.”
Juvis reportedly said Yoo had suffered from various conditions, including reflux esophagitis, lumbar disc problems, hyperlipidemia, chronic headaches and depression.
