There’s yet another food item made better by butter (that you wouldn’t have guessed): sushi.

The Jinen chain of restaurants in Japan has a surprising hit on their hands with their unagi butter sushi, according to RocketNews24.

The sushi roll consists of vinegared sushi rice topped with a slice of unagi (grilled freshwater eel) and a long pat of butter all wrapped together by a slice of nori seaweed.
