<p><b>Over 130 people have lined up since Wednesday morning outside the Tesla showroom Dublin, California to drop $1,000 and reserve the new Tesla Model 3, a car that no one has seen yet but will be announced later today.</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Tech blogger Robert Scoble recorded the scene as he walked down the line interviewing hopeful buyers excited to be among the first to attain the newest Tesla offering for an expected base price of $35,000. </span></p>
