Students From Micronesia Recreate ‘Mulan’ Song in Viral Twitter Video

A group of teenage students in Micronesia have become instant celebrities after recreating “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” from Disney’s Mulan for a school project.
The 38-second clip, shared by @senseileskee on Twitter, racked up at least 8.5 million views, 570,000 likes and 240,000 retweets in just five days!
According to @senseileskee, the clip took three days to film and involved “five broken sticks, a shoe and volleyball stuck in a tree, and 2883827274832 hours of bloopers.”
The group titled it “Micronesian Mulan.”
If anything, it seems the internet is stoked to see Mulan again!
Twitter praised the group’s work, while some fell for the guy who played Li Shang:
The live adaptation of the 1998 Disney classic hits theaters on March 27, 2020.
