South Coast Plaza is proud to present its virtual event in honor of
  • The event aims to celebrate vibrant Asian cultures and honor the contributions and influence of the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. 
  • Event is created in partnership with Asian American Expo and all performances can be viewed at South Coast Plaza’s website. 
Who’s performing: The event will showcase a variety of music and dance performances by Southern California guest artists including Justin Park, a martial arts dancing group and Ellen Kim.
  • Park will perform his new single “You Don’t Know.”
  • Other singers include Demie, FYKE, Kayla and Chris and Vincent Fable + Band. 
  • Dance performances include hip hop dancing by Ellen, Blair and Sheela, a traditional martial arts dance by Katrina, Kassandra and Julie and K-pop choreography by Seoula. 
Restaurants involved: Seven popular restaurants are featured as vignettes or interviews with the chef. 
  • Four restaurants are displayed as vignettes that are 30-50 seconds in length. Three are chef interviews that range from 2-3 minutes in length. 
  • The restaurants include AnQi, Din Tai Fung, The Hall Global Eatery, Hamamori, Marugame Udon, Royal Khyber and Terrace by Mix Mix.
