The cast has been confirmed for the Korean drama series adaptation of the webtoon “
Based on the webtoon of the same name, “Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son” is a fantasy drama set in the ‘80s about the secretary to a large family conglomerate who is framed and killed by his employers. He later reincarnates as the conglomerate’s youngest son and aims to take his revenge. 
“Vicenzo” and “Descendents of the Sun” star Song Joong-ki will play both the main protagonist secretary Yoon Hyun-woo and the Sunyang Group conglomerate son Jin Do-joon. Shin Hyun-been, best known for her role in “Hospital Playlist,” will play Seo Min Young, an anti-corruption investigator with the moniker “Sunyang Group’s grim reaper.” Lee Sung-min will play Jin Yang-cheol, the greedy and villainous head of the Sunyang Group.

Girls’ Generation member Tiffany Young will play Rachel, an assistant to Park Hyuk-kwon’s character Oh Se-hyun, who is a colleague of Jin Do-joon.  
Song Joong-ki’s casting news is the latest following the announcement of his role in the thriller film “Hwaran,” alongside South Korean singer-songwriter, BIBI.
Jung Dae-yoon, whose credits include “I’m Not a Robot” and “W: Two Worlds Apart,” will direct. The series will premiere on JTBC and the streaming platform Viu in late 2022.
