Someone Threw an Epic Dog Wedding in the Philippines

Two furry lovers from the Philippines exchanged their “bows” last Saturday in what can be considered one of the most adorable weddings you’d ever see.

Shih Tzu couple Lally and Kian tied the knot in the presence of all their humans and canine friends in a romantic beach wedding in the Philippine province of Cavite.

The grand event was attended by 25 dog guest and their respective pet parents, Coconuts Manila reports. Part of the ceremony included 12 additional dogs, composed of pomeranians, labradors and Siberian huskies.

According to Lally’s pet mom Therese Halili, Kian was a persistent suitor. Before the furry lovers got hitched, Lally and Kian reportedly had a year-long courtship, with Kian and his parent Tholytez Laserna always finding time to visit Lally at her house, usually with a bag of doggy treats.

The proud pet owners had the wedding planned as early as February. They had just enough time to get everything ready, including the couple’s and the entourage’s outfits, the doggy feast of beef and a variety of dog food.

The wedding even had its own professional pet photographer named Che Vienes, who did a masterful pre-nuptial photography session. She also did an equally impressive job during the doggie couple’s big day.
