Munchkin Kitten in Japan Sleeps in the Most Adorable Way

Chata has the special ability to sleep in an extremely adorable position that is simply too cute to handle.

The little kitten, who is from Japan, is going viral for his odd sleeping positions, where he lies on his back, showing off his incredibly little legs and pink paws.

Chata is apparently new to Instagram as he is only 2-and-a-half-months old, according to SoraNews24.

He has only been a part of the family for roughly a month, as mentioned in the report, which explains the lack of photos of him on the Instagram account.

It also explains why his older sister, named Chava, who is also a munchkin cat, has more pictures on the account.

Together, the feline siblings have amassed a total of 40,000 followers as of the time of writing.

Chata, apparently, is not the only animal that has gone viral for this sort of sleeping position. In April, a Shih Tzu puppy from the Philippines named “Paningning” became a star after thousands upon thousands of people shared the picture online.
