Gangster 94-Year-Old Chinese Grandpa Can Probably Kick Your Ass

Shen Hua is a badass 94-year-old man from Guangzhou, China who can probably kick your ass.

He started working out when he turned 70 years old, and hasn’t stopped since. He works out at least an hour at the gym everyday.

Since his photos have gone viral, Shen’s fans have dubbed him the “muscle grandpa,” according to Shanghaiist. He allegedly was able to do 10 chin-ups in a row at one point, but has slowed himself down with age.

“I always tell myself, don’t go too hard, because I’m old,” he says. “It isn’t good to use too much energy, I need to be a little bit laid back.”

Shen only began working out after he turned 70, but he hasn’t stopped since, putting in an intense hour at the gym each and every day.

“Muscle Grandpa” has also managed to convince his son and daughter-in-law to work out with him. Hopefully, this is a start of a family tradition.
