Chinese Cosplayer Wins Japanese Twitter For Looking Like a Legit Anime Doll
By Bryan Ke
A Chinese cosplayer is now gaining fame not only for her bright and colorful outfits but also for her extremely large anime-like eyes and her knowledge of Japanese pop culture and language.
The female cosplayer, who goes by the tag of SeeU85095082 on both Twitter and Facebook, has been praised by many followers for her adorable looks and costumes that make her look like a doll.
While a lot of fans think she’s incredibly cute, some can’t help but notice her cartoonishly large eyes. Of course, this aspect from her photos is not exactly real – obviously. According to SoraNews24, this was done through digital enlargement to match her anime-girl-come-to-life look.
SeeU has portrayed many Anime/Manga characters in her photo shoot; one of them is Nashetania Loei Piena Augustra (Nachetanya) from the series “Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers”.
Another famous character that she has cosplayed is Maid Dragon Tohru from the series Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid (Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon).
Despite the heavy influence of Japanese culture, SeeU still embraces her Chinese roots that is apparent in some of her cosplay shoots.
