Back in a ‘FLASH’: Rocket Punch returns with second single album
K-pop girl group Rocket Punch are back with their summer comeback “FLASH.”
The new single album is a follow-up to their first Japanese single “Fiore” in June and their fourth Korean EP “Yellow Punch” in February, which was led by the title track “CHIQUITA.” Rocket Punch’s newest single album includes three tracks in total: “FLASH,” “Moon Prism” and “Beep Beep.”
“We’re happy to be returning faster than expected,” member Suyun declared. “We feel the title song’s concept and its musical colors suit Rocket Punch well and it feels like we’re wearing a fitting dress for us. We expect that many people will also like it.”
Member Dahyun added that they have grown since their rookie albums: “If we’d shown the fresher and bolder energy of rookies in the previous albums, we show that we’ve become more confident and stable and our music more complete through our experiences in this single.”
Rocket Punch debuted under Woolim Entertainment in August 2019 with the title track “BIM BAM BUM.” The group consists of members Suyun, Dahyun, Juri, Yeonhee, Yunkyoung and Sohee.
