Pixar releases teaser trailer for sci-fi adventure film ‘Elio” featuring Jameela Jamil

Pixar released a teaser trailer for its upcoming sci-fi adventure film “Elio” on Wednesday.
About “Elio”: The film follows Elio Solis, an 11-year-old boy who struggles to fit in. His life turns upside down after he makes contact with aliens and is mistaken for the intergalactic ambassador of Earth.
The film — Pixar’s 28th animated feature — was first announced during Disney’s D3 Expo in September 2022.
Key people: Adrian Molina, who co-directed the hit 2017 film “Coco,” serves as the upcoming film’s director. Meanwhile, Mary Alice Drumm, who was the associate director of “Coco,” serves as the film’s producer.
“Elio’s” voice cast includes Yonas Kibreab as Elio, America Ferrera as Elio’s mom, Jameela Jamil as Ambassador Questa and Brad Garrett as Ambassador Grigon.
Release date: “Elio” will hit cinemas on March 1, 2024.
