Group Caught on Video Sucker-Punching, Robbing Man in Philadelphia

A group of young men sucker-punching an individual who appears to be of Asian descent was caught on camera in Philadelphia.
The video, uploaded to Instagram by user @jaydothemost on March 19, shows the four men walking down a sidewalk in Philadelphia towards the victim. The Instagram account was deactivated shortly after NextShark reached out to the user.
A hooded individual can be seen throwing a right hook, causing the man to fall-face first onto the curb.
Another individual carrying an orange traffic cone drops the object on the victim’s head.

“He got the cone on his head yooo,” Jay captioned the post and the man behind the camera can be heard saying.
Another man comes into view of the camera to steal the man’s belongings from his back pockets.
@Jaydothemost also tagged the Instagram accounts of friends as well as the geolocation S Block in South Philly. It remains unconfirmed that the accounts tagged were also those involved in the crime.
Instagram users are criticizing @jaydothemost and his group for being “a**holes” and “weirdos.”
“This shit corny ash*t bro I hate this generation,” one user commented.
“Not even cool bro. y’all thought this was thurl? it really isn’t y’all some cornballs,” another said.
“Never in my life have I seen something more disgusting and disrespectful, y’all DISGUSTING,” another user wrote.
@Jaydothemost did not appear to be remorseful about his group’s actions, posting Stories of the video and calling out commenters for “d*cketing.”
A detective from the Philadelphia Police Department told NextShark that they are looking into the incident and an investigation is ongoing. A police report has not been filed by the victim as of this writing.
