Devi’s complicated love triangle becomes even more tangled up in the Season 3 trailer for Netflix’s teenage dramedy “Never Have I Ever.”
Created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher, the coming-of-age series follows Indian American teen Devi, played by Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, as she grieves the loss of her father while dealing with the pressures of high school.
In the latest season, Devi finally goes public with her relationship with Paxton Hall-Yoshida, Sherman Oak’s popular jock she’s long had a crush on. All seems to be smooth sailing now that Devi’s finally got what she’s wanted, including a boost to her own popularity. But soon enough, insecurity sets in, and Devi begins to question her and Paxton’s relationship.
“No one else thinks we make any sense,” she tells Paxton, who doesn’t hesitate to correct her. “No, you don’t think we make any sense.”
To complicate matters further, a new boy is thrown into the series’ love triangle present in Seasons 1 and 2 with Paxton (Darren Barnet) and Ben (Jaren Lewison). Des (Anirudh Pisharody) is introduced in Season 4 as the son of Dr. Vishwakumar’s friend, who even has Devi’s family gushing over his looks.
“Did we discover that being in a relationship doesn’t solve all our problems?” Devi’s therapist asks.
Viewers may find out whether she’s learned the lesson soon enough.
All 10 episodes of Season 3 will be released on Netflix on Aug. 12.

If this happened on campus, Stanford should issue a clear public update and specific safety actions.

Agree. People need facts and process, not silence. The school should confirm what is being investigated.

Also important to separate verified details from rumors so this does not spiral online.

The death threat part is extremely serious. Hoping law enforcement and campus security are already involved.

This is where official reporting and support channels need to be visible and easy to access.

Can NextShark keep a timeline thread here as updates come in? That would help keep context in one place.
