Monkey in India Adopts Puppy, Wins the Heart of Netizens Everywhere


A monkey who has reportedly taken to caring for a puppy has caught the attention of netizens worldwide.

Pictures of the pair were shared on Facebook by the Logical Indian.


The rhesus macaque monkey, who roams the streets of New Delhi, reportedly “adopted” the homeless puppy.

The monkey is said to protect the puppy — even from other dogs.


In addition to protection, the primate makes sure to share food with his young canine charge.
