‘Sexiest Doctor Alive’ Raises $25,000 For Charity Trying to Find a Date

The “sexiest doctor alive” who won Instagram’s hearts is looking for love.
Dr. Mikhail Varshavski, a very good-looking New York-based doctor, is teaming up with dating app Coffee Meets Bagel to auction himself off for charity.
Varshavski, better known as Dr. Mike, earned himself the title as People Magazine’s “Sexiest Doctor Alive” last year after his Instagram account went viral. His account has over 1.2 million adoring fans.
Dr. Mike, 26, is a second-year family medicine resident at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey. His specialization is in Osteopathy, or the treatment of of joints, muscles and the spine.
The Russian-born doctor is also an entrepreneur and philanthropist. The charity event with Coffee Meets Bagel has raised nearly $25,000 for his foundation, Limitless Tomorrow, which seeks to empower students and individuals to achieve their goals by breaking down financial barriers.
A minimum donation of $10 to the charity enters candidates into a drawing to win a date with Dr. Mike. The lucky winner will be flown to New York City, provided accommodations at a four-star hotel and taken to dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant by the sexiest doctor alive.
