Meet the Ripped Chinese Firefighters Who Will Keep You Warm This Winter

Firefighters from the province of Shaanxi in northwestern China released a new calendar featuring the outdoors, a bunch of animals and their shirtless selves.
These guys pulled a similar stunt last year, going heavy on dogs, equipment and smoke!
This time we see them out in the open, fresh air and adorable critters around.
We’re short of the exact rationale for this year’s theme, but for the shirtless part, China Daily’s take on last year should suffice:
“The photo shoot featuring the firefighters’ firm eyes and muscular bodies are a testimony to the strength of China’s search and rescue forces, providing Chinese people with a stronger sense of security.”
The new calendar is likely inspired by China’s commitment to the environment.
