Meet Kim Su-min, the aspiring actress who has yet to find love on ‘Single’s Inferno’

An aspiring actress with a flourishing modeling career is one of the newest additions to the popular South Korean dating show “Single’s Inferno.”

Kim Su-min, 24, was introduced in the fifth episode of the hit Netflix reality series, alongside newcomers Cha Hyun-seung and Seong Min-ji.

The model and aspiring actress, who already has over 44,000 followers on Instagram, may look familiar to some South Korean viewers. She has appeared in advertisements for brands such as cosmetic brand Shiseido, coffeehouse chain Angel-in-us Coffee and fast-food chain KFC.

Kim charmed her fellow contestants and “Single’s Inferno” viewers with her sense of humor and disarming smile. During her introduction in the show’s fifth episode, she shared that she is a “bright, friendly and energetic person.” She immediately showed these qualities during her first conversation with the male contestants in the island’s cafeteria.

According to Kim, she is used to others flirting with her. As a confident woman, she now wishes to find someone who is similarly self-assured and can stay “true to his feelings.”

While viewers have been rooting for Kim since her arrival, she has yet to find her match on the island.

“Single’s Inferno” is set to wrap up its first season with the simultaneous release of its seventh and eighth episodes on Jan. 8.
