Earlier today, Facebook CEO <a href="http://nextshark.com/tag/mark-zuckerberg/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mark Zuckerberg</a> posted the following photo to celebrate Instagram hitting 500 million monthly active users.
Twitter user Chris Olson noticed something strange about Zuckerberg&#8217;s laptop in the background. Both his camera and audio jack on his MacBook were both covered with tape.
It&#8217;s no secret that hackers can <a href="https://techcrunch.com/2013/06/13/smile-hackers-can-silently-access-your-webcam-right-through-the-browser-again/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">access your webcam</a> right through your browser without your knowledge, so Zuckerberg is most likely paranoid about that.
With the amount of <a href="http://nextshark.com/recommends/webcam-cover" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stylish options available online</a>, it&#8217;s funny to see the Facebook billionaire using such a tacky solution. But hey, perhaps this is why I&#8217;m not a billionaire.
