Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan are expecting their second baby, and what better way to make an announcement than by posting it on Facebook.
The Facebook founder joyfully announced that the couple will be having another “Zuckerbaby.” According to ABC News, the 32-year-old billionaire shared the good news to his followers on Facebook and Instagram via a heartfelt post, along with a couple of old photos of him and Priscilla when they were still kids.
“Priscilla and I are happy to share we’re expecting another baby girl! After our difficult experience having Max, we weren’t sure what to expect or whether we’d be able to have another child. When Priscilla and I first found out she was pregnant again, our first hope was that the child would be healthy. My next hope was that it would be a girl. I cannot think of a greater gift than having a sister and I’m so happy Max and our new child will have each other,” Mark said.
In the never-before-seen childhood photos, Mark and Priscilla can be seen together with their sisters. He proceeded to praise these “strong women” in their lives and recalled the amazing experiences they had growing up, surrounded by sisters.
Mark and Priscilla had their first baby, Maxima, whom they fondly call Max, in November 2015. He didn’t disclose when his wife will give birth, but expressed his excitement in welcoming and raising “another strong woman.”
The world is surely looking forward to meet Zuckerbaby number 2.
