Man Becomes the First Ever to Summon His Tesla with His Apple Watch

Tesla owner Mark Schey has become the first man ever to summon his car with his Apple Watch and uploaded the event on YouTube.

In the video, Schey demonstrates how to summon his Tesla Model S with the Remote S app on his Apple watch. Without him having to do anything else, his Tesla starts up, opens the garage door by itself and backs out into the driveway where it proceeds to wait for Schey while closing the garage door behind it.

Remote S was designed by Rego Apps of iOS. Users can also use their watch to start their Teslas without having the key fob nearby by initiating the “keyless start” within the app.
