It’s the former home of Sean “Diddy” Combs, and Pacquiao had to fight outside of the ring to get it. The seven-bedroom, eight-bath mansion had two other bidders, but Pacquiao successfully fought them off by offering the seller four tickets to the Mayweather fight, Pacquiao’s realtor, Elsa Nelson, told USA Today.

“No doubt it helped. The sellers are great fans of boxing and of Manny, so it was a big deal.”

Helped Indeed. Before they were even offered to the public, tickets to the fight ranged from $1,000 to $5,000 and were hard to come by. Over this past month, ticket prices have increased and now cost between $1,500 and $7,500.
