Man in China Threatens to Kill Doctor at Hospital If He Doesn’t Treat His Dog

A man with an injured dog caused a scene after storming the emergency room of a hospital in southern China with a demand that his pet be treated immediately.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Aug. 26 at a hospital in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
In a video, the man can be seen grabbing and filming a doctor-on-duty who refused to treat his golden retriever.
Despite the doctor’s explanation that they were not a pet hospital, the man insisted that his dog must be checked and that he would hold him responsible if the animal dies.
At one point, the man allegedly threw tantrums by squatting on the floor and crying aloud.
Security eventually arrived and pulled him out of the premises.
While being escorted away, the man threatened to kill the doctor, according to the Chongqing Morning Post.
The scene unfolded as human patients with kidney problems, an ear bite, and active bleeding after a motorcycle injury waited for emergency treatment.
The dog’s condition remains unknown, but a nurse reported that the animal appeared to have a minor cut on its leg.
It is unclear whether the man will suffer any repercussion for disrupting hospital operations for about 20 minutes.
“This man’s head is twisted. Go to a pet hospital!”
“What’s with the filming? Is he actually planning to expose the doctor?”
“This is the kind of person with brain problems.”
“If you have a damaged head, don’t dare raise a dog.”
“Apparently, this kid’s last visit to the doctor was at a pet hospital.”
