Man in China Drops Over $3,000 on the Streets, Strangers Retrieve Everything Back
By Carl Samson
Good samaritans rushed to the aid of one man who dropped 25,000 yuan ($3,597) as well as his pet dog after walking out of a bank in China.
It would have been an easy pick if not for the violent wind that scattered the banknotes.
Thankfully, pedestrians outside the bank in Dalian, Liaoning Province, responded by actually helping the man. According to Shanghaiist, the good samaritans were able to find every single piece of cash.
The dog was returned safely, too.
At the end of the day, we’re glad the man did not meet apathetic passersby or looters who don’t give a shit about another’s misfortune.
