Korean Netizens Amazed After 221-Pound Woman’s Insane Transformation

In a YouTube video uploaded to dieting channel “DanoTV” which has since gone viral, South Korean university student Jinny revealed how she went from 100 kg (221 pounds) to 50 kg (110 pounds) by changing her eating habits.
Jinny enjoyed chowing down on delivery chicken and beer on Friday nights and had gained 25 kg (55 pounds) within a year when she was a high school senior, according to Allkpop.
After reaching 221 pounds and being diagnosed with a herniated disc, she decided it was finally time to make a change and went on a diet.
In the video above, Jinny says to start by drinking 3-5 liters of warm water.
She also stopped consuming food that contained too much sodium, and instead of starving herself she would eat the least amount of food until she wasn’t hungry anymore.
If she felt like she had eaten too much, she would move around and exercise.
For lunch, Jinny went on to eat a lot of protein along with vegetables and continued to exercise for at least 10 minutes every single day.
To help keep her gut healthy, she consumed probiotic foods such as yogurt and only one dessert a day.
She also cut eating late-night snacks and instead wrote down her meal plans and workout routines.
With a lot of hard work and dedication, Jinny successfully lost the weight after two years and she has maintained a slender figure.
She concluded the video with an important message to viewers: “Diet is the change in how you love yourself. I workout for health and eat good food for my body and try to love myself constantly. Set up a goal of ‘Let’s love myself in healthy way’ rather than a goal like ‘Lose 5kg every month!’”
