While speaking to Kevin Smith for IMDB at the San Diego Comic-Con, the Russo brothers were asked regarding who Reeves should play in the MCU. Joe Russo appeared to be baffled by this question and proceeded to answer that “it’s limitless,” Screen Rant reported.
However, Smith throws out the idea that maybe the Canadian actor, who is also part Chinese-Hawaiian, could play the Moon Knight, a superhero whose real name is Marc Spector that becomes the avatar of the Egyptian moon god Khonshu.
After hearing the idea, the co-directors immediately went on board and called it “a good call.”
It is still unclear, though, who the 54-year-old actor will play in the MCU.
