South Koreans aim for flawless, luminescent skin, so tattoos are a big no-no.
Pet owners from South Korea are raving about a tattoo artist named Jiran who specialize in fun and animated pet tattoos. This is despite a law stating that only doctors are allowed to do tattoos because of their invasive nature, according to Bored Panda.
