Japanese Airport Hotel Puts Flight Simulator in Room for $233 a Night
If you are going to Japan and also happen to be a huge fan of flight simulator games – or perhaps even aspire to become a pilot someday – then this hotel room is perfect for you.
The Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu, which is connected to the Haneda International Airport in Tokyo, has just unveiled a room equipped with a huge flight simulator as a form of entertainment for guests who want to experience what’s it like to be a pilot.
The room comes equipped with a cockpit that is based on a Boeing 737-800, according to Kotaku.
There are a couple of different packages available for the room. The first being a 90-minute rental that comes with an instructor which costs 30,000 Japanese yen ($276) and the other being a slightly cheaper option, is an overnight stay in the room for 25,300 yen ($232) but without the instructor.
This special hotel room was made as part of the hotel’s celebration for its 15th anniversary, Grapee reported.
Those who’d like to book this room can head over to The Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu’s official website.
