The video, which was uploaded on Twitter by user @Kazzy_com, has gone viral in Japan with over 4.72 million views as of this writing.
Kazzy_com was so impressed by his daughter’s keen attention to detail during her make believe play session while operating on her bear. She even replicated the atmosphere of an operating room by making a heart beat monitor sound using a Yamaha metronome.
In the video, the bear can be seen breathing through an oxygen mask as the girl injects it with some anesthesia before she meticulously makes an incision on her toy.
Even the tools she used were pretty accurate, like the basin she put the “tumor” in.
Netizens couldn’t help but play along with her. One user asked about the bear’s condition post-surgery and if it was a success.

“It was a difficult surgery, but we managed to remove it (the tumour). At the moment the bear is living healthily in my daughter’s room,” the father replied, as translated by Grapee.
One fan also made art about the bear’s recovery.

We hope the girl grows up to become a great surgeon one day.
