Many of Janet Jackson’s followers are going crazy over her latest Instagram picture, showing the singer-songwriter standing alongside South Korean K-pop band BTS.
Instagram users are buzzing over V, who is being referred to as “the red haired guy.”
The 52-year-old singer recently attended the 2018 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) where she had a chance to meet up with global supergroup BTS, according to AllKpop.
After taking a group photo and later posting it on her Instagram page, many of her fans who may not be familiar with K-pop became curious about V, whose real name is Kim Tae-hyung.
Jackson’s followers immediately asked: “Who is the red haired guy?”
The questions from Jackson’s fans apparently helped V rise in South Korea’s web portal, Daum, where he took the No. 1 spot next to the female pop legend.
The BTS ARMY came to the rescue and flooded the comment section of Jackson’s post, explaining who V is and his real name.
