Former Bond girl Jane Seymour recently wore a traditional handmade hanbok to her son Kris’ wedding in Seoul, South Korea, as an homage to her new daughter-in-law Miso’s Korean culture.

The 71-year-old British American actor wore a hanbok featuring a light pink skirt and light blue jacket, also known as a “jeogori,” that she was gifted by Miso’s parents. Seymour’s son Kris, 26, and his wife Miso recently held a second wedding ceremony in South Korea for Miso’s family and friends. The couple had their first wedding in Malibu, California, in December 2021.

Before the wedding ceremony, Seymour was seen in an Instagram photo wearing another hanbok to tour Seoul, sporting a red skirt with a black jeogori embellished with white flowers. Kris also wore a white and navy hanbok. The actor expressed that “Seoul has captured my heart” while praising the custom-made hanboks for their “exceptional” detail.

“It was so moving to see them exchange their vows, especially with the influence of both their cultures and in the presence of family that had traveled from Korea and London, some for the first time ever,” Seymour told Hello Magazine.
