K-pop power couple HyunA and DAWN have called off their engagement and are no longer dating.
On Wednesday, HyunA posted about their split on Instagram.
“We broke up. We’ve decided to be good friends and coworkers. Thank you all for being supportive of our relationship,” the former Wonder Girls and 4Minute member wrote, as per Hypebae’s translation.
Back in February, HyunA and DAWN, who were in a relationship for more than six years, officially announced their engagement. They showcased their matching engagement rings on Instagram, with DAWN’s post captioned “MARRY ME” garnering over 1.4 million likes.
The K-pop power couple were Cube Entertainment labelmates before joining PSY’s P Nation in 2018. They released their joint EP “1+1=1” in September 2021.
