While fast food is quick and cheap for workers and students on the go, we all know eating it regularly isn’t good for our health. So what are the immediate health consequences of eating one of the most famous fast food burgers of all time?
A new infographic from Fast Food Menu Prices claims to show what happens to the human body in the first hour after eating a Big Mac — and, needless to say, it’s not pretty.
In the first 30 minutes after a Mac is eaten, the high amount of sodium — 970 milligrams’ worth — contained in the burger can dehydrate the body and trick it into wanting more food.
