A new infographic from Fast Food Menu Prices claims to show what happens to the human body in the first hour after eating a Big Mac — and, needless to say, it’s not pretty.
In the first 30 minutes after a Mac is eaten, the high amount of sodium — 970 milligrams’ worth — contained in the burger can dehydrate the body and trick it into wanting more food.
