GOT7’s JAY B recently released his second mini-album “abandoned love.” and a new music video under the moniker Def.

The music video for the title track “my abandoned love.” dropped on Wednesday, but Def’s new mini-album was released two days prior. “abandoned love” features five other tracks: “my bad,” “calm down,” “not easy,” “맞아 (right)” and “you say.”

Def. wrote, composed and arranged every single track. He was aided by writer and producers Mirror Boy and Wavycake, whose other credits include Kep1er’s recent album “Troubleshooter” and much of GOT7’s discography.

“abandoned love.” is a follow-up to Def.’s debut mini-album “LOVE.,” which he also wrote and produced. The mini-album, which was released in January, features other artists such as Korean Canadian singer-songwriter JUNNY and South Korean rapper LEON.

Last month as JAY B, he released his sophomore solo album “Be Yourself.” A month prior, he released the single “Rocking Chair.” Back in May, GOT7 made their first comeback since leaving JYP Entertainment in January 2021 with May’s self-titled EP and the title track “NANANA.”
