Meet the 20-Year-Old Beauty Queen Making Golf Look Awesome on Instagram
Golfing Instagrammer Elise Lobb is possibly the best thing to happen to a sport that many may have mistakenly believed to be an acronym for “gentlemen only, ladies forbidden.” For possibly the first time ever, golf actually looks cool because of her.
A lifelong and talented golfer, the 20-year-old, who is also a beauty queen, currently attends the University of North Florida.
Lobb started golfing at age 3. By the 6th grade, she was playing on the high school varsity team.
She decided to take a break from the world of golf to try her luck in beauty pageant circuits.
As a beauty queen, she has earned the titles of Miss Jacksonville Teen USA 2013, she finished in the Top 5 at the Miss Florida Teen USA pageant in the same year, won th Miss Atlantic Beach USA 2014 and the Miss Daytona Beach USA 2015.
Lobb also documents her life on YouTube where she’s amassed nearly 9,000 subscribers.
“I am currently considering going back to play collegiate golf because I have realized golf is a part of who I am.”
“If everything works out I would love to finish my college career playing golf and eventually working for the Golf Channel.”
“Golf and filming good content for my videos to build subscribers on my channel are my main focus right now.”
“I’m trying to show people how the game of golf is growing and becoming more popular amongst a younger audience!”
The world of golf should definitely take a few notes from this young lady.
